The best AutoDS alternative for an eBay seller is SuperDS, a non-API eBay lister from $29.99 a month with unlimited listings. Easync (from $49.99 a month) fits Amazon to eBay sellers who want auto ordering, and DSers or Zendrop fit Shopify stores. AutoDS itself starts at $26.90 a month billed monthly, and its entry Import plan stops at 200 products.

DSM Tool used to sit on lists like this one as a free option for eBay beginners. Its site now says it has migrated into AutoDS, and its pricing page redirects to AutoDS pricing, so it is no longer a separate alternative.
Is there anything better than AutoDS?
SuperDS is the better fit for sellers whose main channel is eBay, because it lists through a Chrome extension instead of the eBay API and doesn't charge per listing. For Shopify stores the answer is different: DSers and Zendrop are built around Shopify and AliExpress fulfillment and have free plans.
"Better" comes down to three questions:
- Where do you sell? An eBay-first seller needs eBay listing tools, item specifics, and VeRO checks. A Shopify seller needs product import and order fulfillment.
- How do you want listings created? Non-API listing goes through the same eBay listing form you would use by hand. API tools push listings through eBay's developer interface.
- How many products will you run? Entry plans that cap products get expensive once you scale past a few hundred listings.
AutoDS pricing in 2026: what it actually costs
AutoDS pricing starts at $26.90 a month billed monthly, and its pricing page lists four subscription plans as of September 2026, each tied to a product count:

Some features are sold as add-ons on top of the plan. The AutoDS pricing page lists the Auto Ordering System at $9.90 a month and VA Access at $14.97 a month. A seller on Starter who adds Auto Ordering pays $49.80 a month on monthly billing before any product growth.
The product count is the number to watch. SuperDS subscribers who stay past three months run a median of about 300 listings, and on AutoDS every jump in product count moves you up a plan.
SuperDS prices work differently. Every plan includes unlimited listings and the same core features, and plans scale by stores, bulk imports, and monitored products:

Is AutoDS worth it for eBay-only sellers?
AutoDS is worth it for sellers who run several channels and want one tool for all of them, including paid auto ordering. For a seller who only lists on eBay, a lot of that breadth goes unused while the product caps still apply.
An eBay-only seller gets more from a tool built around eBay: item specifics, VeRO checks before listing, and a listing method that doesn't depend on API access. That's the gap SuperDS is built for. The tradeoff is real, though: SuperDS copies your eBay orders into its dashboard, but you place the supplier order yourself. Is there a free version of AutoDS?
AutoDS has no free plan. Its pricing page offers a 3-day trial for $0.99, then a paid plan.
The free options depend on your channel:
- Shopify sellers: DSers has a free Basic plan with 3,000 products and 3 stores. Zendrop has a free plan, but fulfillment features need Pro or Plus.
- eBay sellers: there is no full eBay automation tool that is free. SuperDS has free tools you can use without an account, including an eBay fee calculator, a VeRO checker and a title builder, plus a 7-day free trial of the full product.
Is there an AutoDS free trial?
AutoDS has no free trial: its trial costs $0.99 for 3 days, and the first full subscription charge runs the moment the trial ends. On a monthly plan that is $26.90 or more, renewing every 30 days. On a yearly plan, AutoDS bills the whole year upfront when the trial ends, according to its help center: $238.80 on Import, $358.80 on Starter and $598.80 on Advanced.
That upfront yearly charge is where most AutoDS billing complaints start. Sellers on Reddit describe testing the tool for a few days, missing the trial end date, and finding a charge of $240 to $400 on their card. Cancelling early doesn't let you use the rest of the trial either: the AutoDS help center says access ends the moment you cancel, not when the trial runs out.

Can you get a refund from AutoDS?
AutoDS refunds a monthly plan only if you ask within 24 hours of the payment, and a yearly plan within 7 days, according to its terms of service (last updated August 3, 2026). Approved refunds can carry fees of up to 15%, plus any payment processor fees.
Two more rules catch people out. Add-ons such as the Auto Ordering System are non-refundable. AutoDS credits come back only if you ask within 24 hours and haven't used any of them.
So a yearly charge you notice on day 8 stays on your card. If you test AutoDS, put the trial end date in your calendar and start on monthly billing until you know the tool fits.
How to cancel your AutoDS subscription
To cancel your AutoDS subscription, go to Settings, then Account & Billing, and click Manage/Cancel Account at the bottom of the page. The full steps from the AutoDS help center:
- Log in to AutoDS on a desktop browser.
- Open Settings, then Account & Billing.
- Click Manage/Cancel Account at the bottom of the page. If the button is hidden, zoom out.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and pick the plan you want to cancel.
- Confirm with Cancel Account and select a reason.
If you signed up through the Shopify App Store, uninstalling the AutoDS app does not cancel the subscription. AutoDS says the charges continue until you cancel inside AutoDS, so do that and then check the recurring charge in your Shopify admin.
Moving to another tool? Cancel AutoDS last. End your listings in batches first, using the switch steps further down, and cancel once everything you want is live on the new tool.
The alternatives, one by one
SuperDS
SuperDS is a non-API eBay lister and dropshipping tool. You import products from 20+ suppliers, including Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart and Temu, and list them through the SuperDS Chrome extension. The same account can also list to Shopify and Facebook Marketplace.
Best for: eBay sellers who want non-API listing with unlimited listings from $29.99 a month. VeRO protection, the UPC generator, and the title builder are on every plan. What it doesn't do: auto ordering. Orders sync into SuperDS, and you buy from the supplier.
Easync
Easync is a dropshipping automation tool for eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and WooCommerce. Its Basic plan is $49.99 a month with 2,000 repricing listings and 200 auto orders, and it offers a 7-day trial with no card.
Best for: Amazon to eBay sellers who want repricing and auto ordering in one plan.
DSers
DSers is an AliExpress order fulfillment tool, built first for Shopify. The free Basic plan covers 3 stores and 3,000 products; Advanced is $19.90 a month for 10 stores and 20,000 products.
Best for: Shopify stores sourcing from AliExpress who want a free starting point.
Zendrop
Zendrop combines a product catalog with fulfillment and custom branding. It connects to Shopify, Wix and TikTok Shop. The free plan gives catalog access; Pro ($49 a month) and Plus ($79 a month) unlock automated fulfillment and branding.
Best for: Shopify stores that want faster US shipping and branded packaging.
Risks to plan for on eBay, whatever tool you use
eBay's rules apply to the seller, not the tool. Three matter most when you move listings between tools.
eBay's dropshipping policy. eBay allows dropshipping only when you source from a wholesale supplier. The eBay drop shipping policy says listing an item and then buying it from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your buyer is not allowed. You stay responsible for delivery within your stated handling time.
Duplicate listings. eBay's duplicate listings policy doesn't allow the same item in more than one fixed price listing. A switch where both tools publish the same product is the most common way to break it. End the old listing before the new one goes live.
VeRO. Rights owners in eBay's Verified Rights Owner program can have listings removed, and repeated removals hurt your account. Check brands before you publish, not after. SuperDS runs VeRO protection on import so flagged brands are caught before they reach eBay.
How to switch from AutoDS safely
The safe way to switch from AutoDS is to move listings in batches, ending each AutoDS listing before its replacement goes live. That keeps you inside eBay's duplicate listings policy the whole time.
- Start the new tool on a trial. SuperDS has a 7-day free trial, long enough to move a first batch.
- Install the extension and connect your eBay store. SuperDS uses the non-API lister, so listings go through the same eBay form you would use by hand.
- Export your AutoDS product list. Keep the supplier links; they are what you import.
- Move one batch. End those listings in AutoDS, then bulk import the same supplier links and publish.
- Check prices and item specifics on the new listings before the next batch.
- Cancel AutoDS once every listing you want is live on the new tool.
