How to Enable Orders Sync in SuperDS

SuperDS allows you to sync your eBay orders directly to your dashboard without using eBay's API. This feature ensures that your orders are up-to-date and accurate, providing you with real-time insights into your sales performance.

Steps to Enable Orders Sync

1. Make sure the SuperDS extension is installed: The extension handles all order syncing in the background. Make sure it is installed and active in your Chrome browser.

2. Go to Order Sync settings: In your SuperDS dashboard, navigate to Store Settings > Order Sync in the sidebar, or click the sync status badge on the Orders page.

3. Enable auto-sync: Toggle the Auto-sync orders switch to enable the sync process. You can also configure the sync frequency (every 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or hourly).

4. Monitor sync status: The Orders page shows a sync status badge in the top-right corner. You can see when the last sync happened and whether sync is active. If there are any errors, they will appear on the Order Sync settings page.

How It Works

Since SuperDS is a Non API Lister, we are not directly connected to your eBay store. The SuperDS extension runs in the background and periodically fetches your eBay order reports. These orders are then synced to your dashboard automatically. You do not need to keep any page open - syncing happens as long as the extension is running in your browser.

Settings

You can configure the following on the Order Sync settings page:

• Sync frequency - How often the extension checks for new orders (every 20 min, 30 min, or 1 hour)
• Auto-handle shipped orders - Automatically mark orders as handled when they have a shipped date
